Mr. Kiem Le, CEO/President, USA and Vietnam Operations
Mr. Le, CEO/President and founder, is an entrepreneur and the true visionary behind Quality Systems Integrated Corporation. With over thirty years of engineering, manufacturing and leadership experience, Mr. Le realized early on in his career that OEMs require contract manufacturing partners to provide excellence in operational systems and quality while also being responsive and flexible. Built on these principles, Mr. Le founded Quality Systems Integrated Corporation in 1994, which has since become a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.
Mr. Le was the CEO and founder of CenterComm Corporation as well as a Co-Founder of Stracon Incorporated. From 1981 to 1993, Mr. Le worked for Linkabit Corporation. He began as an electrical design engineer and worked his way up to Associate Director of Engineering.
Mr. Le holds patents in GPS technology. Furthermore, Mr. Le holds a Bachelors of Science with Honors in Electrical Engineering as well as a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, California.
Ms. Cecile Le, CFO/Corporate Controller, USA and Vietnam Operations
Ms. Le was named Chief Finance Officer in 2006 for USA operations and in 2008 for Vietnam operations. Ms. Le has been involved in the finance and business operations since the company’s inception in 1994. Ms. Le has a keen expertise in operational excellence, systems development, and business processes. Due to Ms. Le’s leadership and experience, Quality Systems has become a leading electronics manufacturing services provider uniquely positioned for continued future growth.
Prior to working for Quality Systems Integrated Corporation, Ms. Le worked as a Computer Scientist for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support (MCTSSA) from 1990 to 1997 in Camp Pendleton. From 1986 to 1990 Ms. Le worked at GTE Government Systems, Mountain View California as a Software Engineer.
Mrs. Le holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from San Diego State University, California. Mrs. Le is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mr. Minh Nguyen, Director of Operations
Mr. Minh Nguyen was named Director of Operations in 2006. Mr. Nguyen joined Quality Systems Integrated Corporation in 1994 as a Production Manager. Mr. Nguyen has played a key role in creating and maintaining successful daily production operations and has been instrumental in developing, maintaining and growing customer partnerships.
Mr. Nguyen is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
