Kiem T. Le : President/CEO
Mr. Kiem Le is President/CEO and founder of Quality Systems Integrated Corporation.
Mr. Le brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the fields of engineering and manufacturing to Quality Systems Integrated Corporation.
Mr. Le is also the CEO and founder of CenterComm Corporation as well as a Co-Founder of Stracon Incorporated. From 1981 to 1993, Mr. Le worked for Linkabit Corporation. He began as a design engineer and worked his way up to Project Engineer and Associate Director of engineering.
Mr. Le holds a Bachelors of Science with Honors as well as a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, California.
Cecile Le : Corporate Controller
Mrs. Cecile Le joined the core team of Quality Systems Integrated Corporation as Accounting/Purchasing Manager in 1997. In 2003. Mrs. Le was appointed and has been serving as Corporate Controller.
Prior to working for Quality Systems Integrated Corporation, Mrs. Le worked in Camp Pendleton, California for the Marine Corps Tactical System Support from 1990 to 1997 as a Computer Scientist. From 1986 to 1990 Mrs. Le worked at GTE Government Systems, Mountain View California as a Software Engineer.
Mrs. Le holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from San Diego State University, California.
Minh Nguyen : Production Manager
In January of 1994, Mr. Minh Nguyen joined Quality Systems Integrated Corporation with almost 10 years of experiences. As Production Manager, Mr. Nguyen has played a key role in setting up and maintaining daily production operations. Furthermore, Mr. Nguyen has been an instrumental part in helping establish, maintain and grow customer partnerships.
In 1985, Mr. Nguyen served as Production Supervisor at ESMI located in San Diego, California.
Mr. Nguyen played a key role in setting up and managing production operations. Mr. Nguyen attended IPC and ISO trainings.
Kelly M. McNulty : Director of Sales / Program Management
In April of 2001, Ms. Kelly M. McNulty joined Quality Systems Integrated Corporation as a Sales/Program Manager. Ms. McNulty brings over ten years of knowledge and experience in the areas of Sales and Program Management.
Prior to working for Quality Systems Integrated Corporation, Ms. McNulty served as Director of Professional Services for AMDAX Corporation located in San Diego, California. In 1999, Ms. McNulty served at Production Coordinator/ Senior Project Leader for Inspired Arts Digital Media located in La Jolla, California. In 1994, Ms. McNulty served as Regional Manager for CRS Temporary Housing Corporation located in Los Angeles, California.
Ms. McNulty attended the University of California, Berkeley. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in English. Ms. McNulty also attended San Diego State University, College of Extended Studies to study Project and Program Management.
In 1994, Ms. McNulty served as the Treasurer for the Southern California Insurance Adjusters Association. From 1995-1996, Ms. McNulty served as Vice President and President Elect.
Simon Le: Senior Sales / Program Manager
Mr. Simon Le joined the Quality Systems Integrated Corporation as a Sales/Program Manager in September of 2001. Mr. Le brings with him over fifteen years of Civil Engineering and Sales experience.
Prior to working for Quality Systems Integrated Corporation Mr. Le was the Co-owner of Super PC, a computer memory manufacturing company. From 1985 to 1990 Mr. Le worked as a Civil Engineer for Rick Engineering Company.
Mr. Le has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and holds a Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of California.
John Le: Sales / Associate Program Manager
Mr. John Le joined Quality Systems Integrated Corporation as Associate Program Manager in April 2006. Before that, he was Materials Inventory Supervisor since October 2005 at Quality Systems. Mr. Le brings with him 5 years of experience in sales with emphasis in memory modules and electronic integrated circuits.
Prior to joining Quality Systems Integrated Corporation, Mr. Le served as Production Coordinator for Stracon, Inc. for 14 years. He also was involved in sales for Super PC Memory, a computer memory manufacturing company.
Mr. Le attended Cal State University, Fullerton majoring in Psychology with a minor in Exercise Physiology.
