Design Considerations

Design for manufacturing and design for testability are value-add services offering the greatest benefit when used early on in the concept stage of the design and product development process. DFM/DFT is a complete concept involving:

  • Identification of design guideline violations, costly or unnecessary parts, trace errors and assemblies, prior to manufacturing
