The Code of Conduct is our guide to appropriate conduct. By following the guidance provided in the Code below and other company policies, we are acknowledging our individual and collective responsibilities to acting with integrity and helping manufacturing for a better tomorrow.

Accountability

Each of us is responsible for knowing and adhering to the values and standards set forth in this Code and for raising questions if we are uncertain about company policy. As employees of Quality Systems, we are a part of something much larger than ourselves. It is critical that we always hold ourselves accountable take the initiative to step forward when we see something wrong.

Respect

We are the company’s greatest resource and we all deserve to work in an environment where we are treated with dignity and respect. Quality Systems is committed to creating a working environment that will help bring out the full potential in each of us. Each employee is expected to do his or her utmost to create a respectful workplace culture that is free of harassment, intimidation, bias and unlawful discrimination of any kind. Quality Systems seeks to develop a spirit of team work where our employees, suppliers, and customer can work together in a respectful manner.

At Quality Systems, everyone should feel comfortable to speak his or her mind, particularly with respect to ethics concerns. We have an open door policy where communication is open and problems can be discussed and resolved.

Confidential and proprietary information includes items such as, but not limited to: Pricing Formulas, Forms, Processes, Procedures, Work Instructions, Customer Data, Production Schedules, Financial Data, Employee Data, or any information not known to the public. At times, we may be authorized to view it as necessary to conduct Quality Systems Business.

Conflict of Interest

As employees, we owe a duty to our company to always act in its best interest.

We must avoid any relationship or activity that might impair, or even appear to impair, our ability to make objective and fair decisions when performing our jobs. We must never use Quality System’s property or information for personal gain or personally take for ourselves any opportunity that is discovered through our position with Quality Systems.

Competition

Quality Systems is dedicated to fair competition. We will promote our services based on our capabilities, flexibility, merit, quality, and competitive pricing. We will not offer or solicit improper payments or gratuities in connection with the promotion of our services.

Health and Safety

Quality Systems is dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment that is free from substance abuse and violence. A safety manual has been designed to educate you on safety in the workplace. We are committed to a violence and substance free work environment, and we will not tolerate any level of violence or substance abuse or the threat of these in the workplace.

Uphold the Law

Quality System Integrated Corporation’s commitment to doing business with integrity begins with complying with the laws, rules and regulations where we do business. Furthermore, each of us must have an understanding of the company policies, laws, rules and regulations that apply to our specific roles. If you are uncertain whether a contemplated action is permitted by law or the company’s policy, you should seek the advice from our Human Resource or Executive team.
